I saw a young man here at the gym today. In a wheel chair. Missing most of his left arm. And from what I could see it looked like he had had he legs amputated just above the knees.
And he was killing it. He was doing an ab work out on a machine that I like to use too. He had lifted himself up into it. And was putting in work.
It was such an inspiration. Sometimes I don't "Feel" like getting my ass to the gym. Because I have so much "Better" things to do. But this guy, with out even realizing, pushed me to be a better version of myself today than I was yesterday. He wasn't doing it for anyone, he was doing it for himself. He wasn't looking for approval.
Be better than who you were yesterday. Seek out inspiration. And don't ever look down on anyone unless you are lifting them up!
